Enghouse (formerly Espial) provides SaaS to video providers in the U.S. and Canada.
The challenge: Because the end product is customer-facing, they needed materials to support customer education on use of the product as well as acquisition campaign collateral.
The Approach
I designed a customizable user-guide for post-installation as well as email drip campaigns and digital banners for use on the web and social media. Additionally, I was brought on a year later to create quick start guides and other support materials for a new video product that was still under development.
