I currently act as an extension of their marketing team to provide expertise and oversight for general marketing, social media, customer surveys and other projects as needed. Most notably, I contributed to the redesign of a new website for each of their nine cable systems, including design input and content creation. This resulted in a more modern look, condensed content and user-friendly experience. I have also designed website subpages to better educate customers about streaming services and tools to support their in-home WiFi experience.
